04/28/09 - 09/15/09 $775/wk, $2800/mo $130/night-.4 night minimum

09/15/09 - 12/15/09 $700/wk, $2400/mo, $110/night- 3 night minimum

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

 $300.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be held as a damage deposit during your stay and will be refunded as soon as the townhouse is inspected after your departure. A $60 cleaning fee, plus any damages above normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit. The full rent, plus 10.5% sales and resort tax, is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
