Welcome to an amazing beach rental! This is fully remodeled and has been touted as the “nicest most modern place ever rented” on Anna Maria Island by our customers! We are located very close to the beach, so you can access the beautiful Gulf and white sand beaches with just a 1 minute walk!

There’s plenty of convenience packed into this location! We are 2 minutes walk to restaurants (breakfast, lunch & dinner), shopping, AMI Fitness center, Aveda Salon, equipment rentals (bikes, kayaks, bike trailers, paddle boards, boats) gift and clothing shops, Catcher’s Marina, a bait shop, a pizzeria, a great sandwich shop (fantastic grilled cubans) , convenience store, and much more.

You can pick up the trolley on the corner and head down to the popular icecream parlors or the City Pier with the kids. Make sure to take in the sunset on the beach deck over live music, margatias and dinner at The Sand Bar Restaurant. The grocery store, CVS and Walgreens are less than 5 minutes away, and you can walk to the public beach where there is a playground, outside dining (breakfast/lunch), shops, and volleyball nets.
